The UST is going through some exciting organizational changes in 2012. Professional skimboarding veterans Jason Wilson, Matthieu Thibaud, and Paulo Prietto have been nominated to serve as new directors replacing former directors Bob Smetts and Trigg Garner. These new board members will serve alongside Exile Skimboards owner Aaron Peluso to help continue the UST’s mission of promoting the growth and legitimacy of professional skimboarding, and the sport itself. There are already a lot of good ideas flowing from the new blood behind the scenes so expect some positive changes in the future as the UST continues to improve and grow. We would like to thank Victoria and Zap Skimboards for their past support of the UST and look forward to a bright future as the United Skim Tour continues to evolve.
